Just bought our second and last whole chicken from Perdue Farms. I spent more time plucking and cutting the fat off of each one than needed to prep the chicken.

Where's their quality control? Also, no giblets?? How are we to make our gravy? Did you exchange the giblets for the fat?

I wrote an e-mail to them after the first feathered and fatty chicken and never received a response. Is the Customer Service lacking too? My aunt knew and went to church with Mr. Frank Perdue on Maryland's Eastern Shore - he would be very disappointed in his company now.

The products nor the lack of customer service would have Mr. Frank's seal of approval.

Why bother making your own gravy when you can buy it canned. Also you can make gravy without the giblets.

Some people make mountains out of mole hills.
