I have always bought Purdue thin sliced chicken breast.I make chicken parm, coconut chicken, chicken rollatini, etc.

I spent $7.18 for 5 thin sliced cutlets. I made my cutlets the usual way. When I turn them over I always use a fork. I noticed my fork had a difficult time getting through half of them.

When they finished cooking a put them on a rack to cool and hold their crispiness. My husband had one that was fine. He had a second one and I thought he was going to vomit. He said it was like having a mouth full of gristle.

I checked the others and sure enough I threw them out. What a waste of money. I will never buy Purdue again. Their is no excuse for that.

All chicken should be cut exactly the same and checked for quality.

This package had such a variety of sizes and the way it's packaged you can't tell.Ugh!
